04Methodology and data limitations
The index is computed from a disclosed reference basket with fixed constituent quantities, initialized from a reference portfolio at inception on 26 August 2026 with a baseline value of USD 4,034.87. Constituent quantities change only through documented basket adjustments published in the change log. Levels may be revised, recalculated or restated. Figures may be delayed, stale or unavailable, and each screen labels the data quality it is showing. Where clearly marked, illustrative demo data may be displayed for chart or composition context; it is not live market data.
05Third-party data
Pricing and reference data are sourced from third-party providers. GLI24 does not control and does not independently verify that data and is not responsible for errors, omissions, outages or changes in provider methodology. Benchmark names and figures remain the property of their respective providers.
06The index is not directly investable
GLI24 uses the term “index” to describe the calculated performance of its reference basket. It is not a regulated benchmark, benchmark administrator, financial index offered for licensing, or investable product. It publishes no execution-grade or tradable price feed. It is not a fund, ETP, managed account or other investable product, no product tracks it, and it cannot be invested in directly. References to weights, holdings or portfolio values describe the index calculation, not any actual portfolio available to you.
07Potential holdings and conflicts of interest
The publisher, its principals and its affiliates may hold, acquire or dispose of positions in assets referenced by the index or in related instruments at any time, without notice, and may hold views inconsistent with the content published here.

09Rolling and official observation figures
Change figures shown on the site are rolling 24h values computed against the prior stored observation. The official daily observation window is 12:00–12:00 Europe/Luxembourg and the official daily close series is not yet available. Rolling figures must not be read as official daily closes.
