Operation Goldilocks
Goldilocks describes the narrow band in which capital actually moves onchain: enough liquidity to fund building, enough regulatory clarity for institutions to participate, and enough real usage to separate infrastructure from narrative. GLI24 was created to measure that band with a disclosed basket instead of arguing about it in public.

How we operate
Transparent
The formula, the disclosed basket, the fixed reference quantities and the data sources are published. Unfinished policy is labelled as future work.
Thesis-led
The universe is not a market-cap screen. Each constituent earns its place through a specific role in tokenized finance or the agentic economy.
Data-conscious
Every figure carries its provenance and freshness. Live, delayed, stale, unavailable and illustrative demo data are always distinguished on screen.
